Money Purchase Pensions Support Specialist - Salary between £40.000-£67.000 (depending on location, skills, experience and qualifications)

A bit about the job:
The Trustee Executive Services Team plays an important role in supporting Aviva Staff Pension Trustee Limited with the governance and management of four pension schemes representing more than £3 billion of money purchase assets and approximately 55,000 members. In this role, you will support the day-to-day management of our money purchase pension arrangements while helping provide the insight and information needed for effective decision-making. You will work closely with colleagues, advisers and our third-party administrator to support governance activities, regulatory compliance and member outcomes. Alongside this, you will analyse scheme data, support investment oversight and contribute to projects that help improve the experience and outcomes of our members. This is an excellent opportunity to gain broad exposure across pensions operations, regulation, investments and scheme management while working with experienced pensions professionals.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Experience of working in money purchase pensions/define contribution is essential.
Experience in pensions administration, pension scheme management, pension consulting or a related pensions role.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and turn findings into meaningful insights.
Strong organisational skills and a customer-focused approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Familiarity with the UK pensions regulatory environment and pension governance requirements is essential.
