A bit about the job
As a Network Delivery Manager, you'll help keep Aviva connected by delivering secure, reliable, and modern network services across our business. You'll join a collaborative team responsible for designing, delivering, and improving enterprise network solutions across cloud and hosted environments.
You'll lead network projects that support our technology roadmap and help drive innovation through automation and continuous improvement. You'll make sure network changes are delivered to a high standard while supporting incident and problem investigations when needed.
Your work will help ensure colleagues and customers benefit from resilient, high-performing network services.
Key Skills and experience
- Strong technical expertise in enterprise networking, with a particular focus on LAN switching, routing, and wireless network technologies.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development, with relevant certifications such as Cisco CCNP, Juniper JNCIP, and project management qualifications including Prince2, PMP, or Agile/Scrum.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate, influence, and build effective relationships across all levels of an organisation and with third-party partners.
- Proven ability to take ownership of delivery, coordinating activities across multiple teams and suppliers to achieve successful business outcomes.
- Experienced in producing high-quality technical documentation and process guidance, enabling knowledge sharing, consistency of delivery, and the effective use of automation to improve operational efficiency.

Starting salary Circa £70k (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
Bonus opportunity 10% – actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s
