Network Delivery Programme Manager

Fixed-Term Contract until October 2027

Starting Salary: c. £70,000 (Depending on Skills and Experience)

Locations: Norwich, Bristol and York

This role exists to lead the successful delivery of Aviva’s Network Refresh programme, an essential enabler of our wider technology and business strategy. Sitting within our Change Delivery community, you’ll be accountable for planning and delivering large‑scale network infrastructure change, working closely with engineering, operations, architecture and external suppliers. You’ll ensure delivery is well‑governed, risks and dependencies are actively managed and outcomes meet Aviva’s regulatory, security and operational standards. Ultimately, you’ll be responsible for ensuring this complex programme is delivered safely, on time and ready for business‑as‑usual adoption.

• Proven experience delivering complex infrastructure or network transformation programmes end‑to‑end
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure delivery, including LAN/Wireless solutions (Cisco and/or Juniper Mist), circuits, routers and firewalls
• Experience managing multiple suppliers, commercial orders and third‑party dependencies
• Excellent critical path and delivery risk management skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues early
• Strong stakeholder management capability, with confidence engaging and influencing senior leaders

• Starting salary c. £70,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
