Our New Business team is at the heart of processing all new Life & Pensions applications. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for brokers, consultants, and internal teams—managing queries and building strong working relationships. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Respond to telephone and email queries from brokers, delivering excellent customer service.
  • Process customer applications accurately and within agreed turnaround times.
  • Resolve queries at first point of contact wherever possible.
  • Liaise effectively between brokers and broker consultants.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including complaints handling, CPC, DPA, and AML.

Skills & Experiences:

  • Strong communication and questioning skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • A customer-first mindset with a positive and enthusiastic approach.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive attitude with a drive to do the right thing for customers.
