We’re looking for someone who enjoys supporting administrative tasks and helping teams deliver great outcomes. You’ll join our New Business Team, managing incoming applications and helping us meet our regulatory responsibilities. Your work will support a smooth experience for customers and brokers, ensuring processes run efficiently and accurately. You’ll take ownership of your tasks and play a key role in keeping our service compliant, customer-focused, and continuously improving. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Process new business applications and support delivery against service commitments
  • Maintain the shared mailbox and workflow to ensure smooth team operations
  • Support compliance requirements, accurately recording errors and risk events
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve queries efficiently
  • Deliver a positive, professional customer experience in every interaction

Skills & Experience

  • Ability to manage high volumes of work while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong customer focus with a positive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable learning new systems and adapting to changing processes
  • Experience working in a structured, process-driven or regulated environment
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships

The expected pay for this role will be €28,000 and salary offered will commensurate with candidate's level of skills and experience.
