Outsourcing Consultant

We’re looking for someone who can help us manage our supplier relationships with care, clarity, and confidence. You’ll join a collaborative team that oversees how our suppliers support our customers and manage claims. This role is all about protecting Aviva’s interests while making sure our partners deliver great service. You’ll work across teams, support strategic projects, and help us stay ahead in a fast-changing environment. It’s a role that makes a real difference – to our customers, our business, and you.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee supplier performance to ensure excellent customer service
• Support the delivery of our claim’s strategy
• Manage risk and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
• Lead provider relationships and resolve escalated issues
• Contribute to projects that improve efficiency and service

Skills & Experience

• APA in Personal and Commercial General Insurance (or CIP qualified)
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, suppliers, and the market
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to analyse data and drive performance improvements
• A proactive, adaptable approach and a commitment to Aviva’s values
