Outsourcing Relationship Lead
We are seeking an experienced Outsourcing Relationship Lead to oversee the strategic and operational relationship with our outsourcing suppliers. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day interactions, ensuring SLA compliance, and driving continuous improvement through best practice sharing. A background in financial services and experience supporting outsourcing operations is highly desirable.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall relationship with outsourcing suppliers, including governance, performance, and strategic alignment.
- Manage day-to-day interactions and ensure service delivery meets agreed SLAs.
- Facilitate regular reviews and calls with internal stakeholders and supplier teams.
- Identify and implement best practices and learnings across outsourced operations.
- Monitor compliance with contractual and regulatory obligations, including CP138.
- Support and lead outsourcing-related projects and change initiatives.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience supporting outsourcing operations, ideally within financial services.
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and escalate issues appropriately.
- Moderate project management skills with a focus on delivery and change.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and outsourcing governance.
