Pensions Technical Administrator

It’s ideal for someone who’s worked in admin or customer service before and wants to deepen their technical knowledge on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Give clear, trusted guidance on our Individual and Group Pension products.
Support Broker Consultants, brokers across the market, and our own admin colleagues, helping them navigate day‑to‑day technical queries.
Deliver our regulatory reporting, building strong relationships with the authorities we work with.
Answer technical questions, spot opportunities to make our processes run smoother, and support project and non‑standard work.
It’s a role where your curiosity, flexibility and initiative will help shape better outcomes for customers and colleagues.
Skills & Experience
Experience working in Financial Services – ideally in an administrative or customer‑facing role with APA/ QFA Qualification.
A background in specifically pensions administration is an advantage, but not essential – we’ll give you the training you need.
Strong attention to detail, great organisational skills and confidence using MS Office (Excel in particular).
The ability to work to tight deadlines, use your initiative and solve problems while keeping service levels high.
Clear, confident communication – both written and verbal – and a genuine passion for supporting customers and colleagues.

The expected pay range for this role will fall between €30,000 and €40,000 and salary offered will commensurate with candidate's level of skills and experience.
