Location: Norwich, Sheffield, York (50% hybrid working – travel to Norwich required)
Salary: circa £70,000

Please note that there is weekly / fortnightly travel required to our Norwich hub to be successful in this role.
A bit about the job:
This role sits at the heart of UK General Insurance Finance, helping shape how we manage and improve our cost base as on the UK’s leading insurance provides. You’ll be part of a team that delivers high-quality forecasts and insights, supporting smarter decisions across the business. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, challenging and advising on cost performance and transformation. You’ll also help prepare for the integration of Direct Line, ensuring our expense processes are fit for the future. It’s a role that brings real influence and impact.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Experience in a finance role within a large organisation or the insurance sector.
- Strong commercial focus and ability to prioritise what matters.
- Confident influencing senior stakeholders and challenging constructively.
- Proactive, performance-driven, and comfortable with change.
- Skilled at managing multiple priorities and leading teams.
