You’ll join our growing Major & Complex Claims (MCC) team within the Corporate & Specialty area.

A bit about the job

You’ll manage claims from start to finish by assessing new notifications, identifying key details - scope, cause, complexity and loss amount - and making sure our customers receive the best possible service and ensure they fairly receive the correct benefit amount due. This team plays a key role in delivering Aviva’s ambition to lead in our chosen markets.


You’ll work on a wide range of claims and have the chance to get involved in projects beyond your core role. You’ll also build strong relationships with internal and external partners, such as Rehabilitation Agents, Medical Agencies, Assistance Providers and Solicitors, as well as other legal/claims and consulting professionals, to support great outcomes.

Skills and experience we’re looking for

  • Confident engaging with clients and senior stakeholders

  • Clear, effective communicator – both in writing and presenting

  • Strong relationship builder across brokers and internal teams

  • Comfortable working with suppliers like medical agents and assistance providers

  • Sharp eye for detail and able to spot what matters in complex information
