A bit about the job:

You’ll lead the Demand and Resource Planning team within Personal Lines Home Claims, based in Perth. Your focus will be on ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time to deliver excellent customer service. You’ll be responsible for forecasting claims demand, planning resource capacity, managing recruitment needs, and overseeing operational expenditure. Your insights will help shape future resourcing strategies and drive efficiency across the system.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Strong customer service and delivery focus

  • Proven experience in data analysis, forecasting, and operational planning

  • Ability to simplify complex data into clear strategic messages

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience leading and managing teams

  • Salary circa £43,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
