You’ll thrive here if you love leading high‑performing teams, influencing senior stakeholders, navigating complexity, and driving continuous improvement. This role would particularly suit someone with strong Claims operational expertise who is excited by innovation, transformation, and delivering brilliant customer experiences.

A bit about the job:

This role is accountable for the performance and delivery of our Pet operational claims teams. You’ll ensure that claims are well‑managed, customer‑focused, and fully aligned to the growth ambitions of the Speciality Lines business.

  • Ability to understand, interpret and use data effectively to improve performance and shape decision‑making
  • Strong organisational capability, able to operate with curiosity in complex or ambiguous environments
  • Preferably, experience in GI Claims and a strong understanding of customer conduct and associated risks
