A bit about the job:

You’ll be joining the Finance Technology Platform team, which plays a key role in managing data flows across Aviva for operational and regulatory reporting. As a PMO Lead, you’ll support Delivery Managers to ensure projects are governed effectively and aligned with business goals. You’ll help manage budgets, track resource utilisation, and continuously improve planning and governance processes. This role is central to ensuring our projects run smoothly and deliver real value.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Experience supporting project or programme delivery, ideally in a PMO or governance role
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Confidence working with data, budgets, and resource planning tools (e.g. Planview)
  • A collaborative approach, with the ability to work across teams and challenge constructively
  • A continuous improvement mindset, always looking for ways to enhance how we work

  • Starting salary between £45,000 and £55,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
