This is a great job for someone who is interested in systems development and enjoys finding practical solutions to business challenges. This role would suit someone who enjoys working with different teams, learning how systems and products work, and helping to deliver changes that make a positive impact for customers and the business.

You'll work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams, gaining exposure to a variety of projects while helping to ensure changes are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Skills and experience we're looking for
- Experience of analysing business requirements and helping to deliver system or configuration changes.
- An interest in insurance products and/or commercial lines would be beneficial but not essential.
- Experience of working with policy administration systems or product configuration tools, specifically Polaris Product Writer would be advantageous.
- Understanding of software development, testing, or change delivery processes.
- Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, work effectively with different stakeholders, and take ownership of your development while building new technical knowledge.
