A bit about the job:
As a Pricing Analyst in our UKGI Personal Lines Home team, you’ll play a key role in shaping pricing strategies that balance commercial performance with customer fairness. You’ll analyse large datasets to identify trends and opportunities, helping the business make informed, data-driven decisions.
Working closely with stakeholders across pricing, underwriting, finance, and claims, you’ll contribute to improving performance, ensuring regulatory alignment, and supporting strategic initiatives across one of Aviva’s key product lines. Your work will also involve automation and visualisation, helping to streamline processes and make insights accessible across the business.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into clear recommendations
Experience with programming languages such as R or Python, and an interest in working with data and AI tools
Ability to work with large datasets and identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities
Good understanding of mathematical concepts and their application in a commercial environment
Experience in pricing, underwriting, or personal lines insurance is desirable but not essential

Starting salary between c. £27,700 and c. £51,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
