Pricing Manager – Salary Competitive

A bit about the job:

We’re hiring a Pricing Manager to join Aviva Zero, our fast-growing motor insurance business which has scaled to around 1 million customers since launching in 2022. Pricing has been central to this success, and this role sits at the heart of driving continued growth and profitability.

You’ll work closely with product, engineering, data, analytics, and reserving teams to design and deliver impactful pricing solutions. The role spans the full pricing lifecycle from improving risk cost and elasticity models to implementing timely rate changes in response to market and claims trends.

You’ll also create and test new rating features, using A/B testing and real-time insights to continuously refine performance and deliver measurable commercial impact.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Strong analytical experience in pricing, performance analysis, or data-led decision making

  • Proven ability to develop, enhance, and refine pricing models

  • Experience working collaboratively across teams in an agile environment

  • Confidence communicating insights to senior stakeholders and influencing business decisions

  • Experience with SQL, Python, Radar/Earnix, or Emblem is desirable but not essential
