Process Design Analyst
Process Design Analyst - 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract
Circa £45,000
Location: Norwich, Bristol, Perth and Worthing
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong internal process knowledge and a passion for improving how we work. You’ll be joining the Nova programme team on a 12-month secondment, supporting the redesign of processes across GCS lines of business.
We’re looking for someone who can bring curiosity, structure, and a fresh perspective to process design. You don’t need to be an expert in transformation or Lean – we’ll support you with frameworks, templates, and crash-course training. What’s more important is your ability to understand how things work today, challenge assumptions, and help us build something better.
This role will suit someone who enjoys working at pace, can manage tight timelines and delivery targets, and is comfortable working across multiple teams and stakeholders.
If you also have external knowledge of how similar processes work in other companies or industries, that would be a valuable added benefit.
