We're looking for an experienced Programme Manager to lead the decommission of our general insurance legacy core policy administration on a 24 Month Fixed Term Contract. You will play a pivotal role in delivery, execution & migration to the new GI platform and data repository, enhancing our core business and technical capabilities.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Drive the delivery of several business, technical or migration workstreams from ideation to post-go-live support.
  • Management of scope & adherence to programme design principles.
  • Development and management of the delivery plan against budget.
  • Day to day management of a wide group of internal and external stakeholders, including vendors.
  • Management of programme governance and reporting.
  • Safe delivery into operations, including appropriate QA, support and risk management processes.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience leading large programmes and managing matrix teams.

  • Strong understanding of general insurance systems, insurance data is advantageous.

  • Skilled in budget management and strategic planning.

  • Comfortable working with automated platforms and workflow tools.

  • Experience in managing change / delivery in Insurance, financial services or a regulated environment.
