A bit about the job:
We’re recruiting for a Regional Manager to lead our Mid-Market Business across the Southampton, Thames Valley, Kent and Sussex region. This role is pivotal in shaping financial performance, underwriting governance, and people leadership across a branch with a GWP of circa £130m–£150m.
You’ll be the face of Aviva in the local market, working closely with the Regional Sales Manager to deliver structured broker engagement and embed our brand values. You’ll also ensure all strategic, regulatory, product, governance, training, and service changes are implemented effectively.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Proven strategic leadership of multi-site underwriting teams.
Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills to identify growth and value opportunities.
Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills at senior levels.
External profile in the regional broker market, with a track record of developing new opportunities.
Innovative thinking focused on improving customer outcomes and experience.
