This role would suit someone with experience in reinsurance operations, particularly in treaty and facultative contracts. If you’ve worked in claims recovery, policy administration, or credit control and are ready for a step up, this could be the perfect opportunity.

A bit about the job:

You’ll be joining our Technical Underwriting team, supporting the delivery of accurate and timely reinsurance operations.

The role involves preparing and reviewing treaty statements (XoL and QS), capturing risk contracts into our systems, calculating claims recoveries, and managing credit control for premiums and recoveries.

You’ll also review and approve LOR transactions and respond to internal and external queries. This role is key to ensuring our reinsurance processes run smoothly and compliantly.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Experience in reinsurance operations or technical underwriting

• Strong understanding of treaty structures (XoL and QS) and claims recovery processes

• Proficiency in policy administration systems and data accuracy

• Ability to manage credit control and financial transactions

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Salary Circa £45,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
