We’re looking for a strategic thinker with a passion for data-led marketing and creative storytelling. As our Research & Base Marketing Manager, you’ll shape campaigns that deepen customer relationships and drive growth. You’ll join a collaborative marketing team, working closely with customer insights and product teams to deliver standout campaigns and research. Your work will help us better understand our customers and deliver more of what matters to them. It’s a role where your ideas and insights will make a real difference.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead multi-channel campaigns to retain and grow customer value
  • Design and deliver lifecycle strategies that support cross-sell, upsell and new business
  • Run test-and-learn programmes to improve campaign performance
  • Deliver key research projects like RNPS, Brand Tracker and Mosaic
  • Report on campaign results and use insights to shape future strategies

Skills & Experiences

  • Strong background in marketing within the insurance or financial services fields is an advantage
  • Confident using data to shape strategy and tell compelling stories
  • Skilled in managing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Comfortable presenting insights and making recommendations
  • Experience with customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing
