Resourcing and Budget Analyst – Salary circa £30,000 – Bristol
This role is a fixed-term contract until the end of December 2026.

A bit about the job:
You’ll be joining the Operations team within CIO GET Enterprise Data Engineering (EDE), helping to deliver around £20M of annual IT change. EDE is a fast-paced, innovative area that uses modern technology to create real value for Aviva. In this role, you’ll support the day-to-day operations of the team, including resourcing, budget management, and project recharging. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our data is accurate and our processes are efficient.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Comfortable using office tools, especially Excel
A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
Experience with budgets or resource planning is helpful but not essential

Starting salary circa £30,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
Bonus opportunity – 8% of annual salary Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
