A bit about the job:

You’ll be a key finance partner to our Retail business, helping us make smart decisions that drive performance and deliver great customer outcomes. The role sits within a collaborative team that supports planning, forecasting and performance tracking. You’ll provide clear, actionable insights and contribute to major initiatives like product launches. Everything you do will help us meet our financial goals and improve how we serve our customers.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Strong experience in financial analysis and business partnering
• Ability to turn data into clear, compelling insights
• Confident communicator who can influence decisions
• Comfortable with planning, forecasting and scenario modelling
• Collaborative mindset and a focus on customer and commercial outcomes

• London Salary £50,000 - £60,000, National Salary £40,000 - £55,000(depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
