We have an exciting opportunity in our Group Reward team. As a Reward & Benefits Integration Consultant, you’ll have a key role in shaping colleague benefits and experience during a major integration programme. This is a brilliant opportunity to contribute to a high-profile transformation programme within a FTSE 100 business.

You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to make sure everything runs smoothly – from data migrations to colleague communications. It’s a role where your expertise will help deliver meaningful change and make sure benefit processes operate efficiently.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Knowledge of colleague benefits and HR Systems - understanding benefits provision end to end, to make connections across multiple teams.

- A strong communicator, ideally familiar with TUPE transfers and its impact on colleague benefits with the ability to identify and articulate risks.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail (including handling significant volumes of data) with a good understanding of data control and governance requirements.
