This is an exciting opportunity to join our Sales & Distribution team as a Sales Support Administrator in our Dublin OPP or Cork office, where you’ll play a key role in supporting our Life & Pensions business. You’ll provide high-quality administrative and technical support, helping ensure business is processed efficiently and accurately. Working closely with brokers, advisers and internal teams, you’ll be at the centre of delivering great outcomes for our customers.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Provide responsive and professional support to financial advisers, brokers and internal stakeholders, resolving queries accurately and promptly
  • Maintain accurate records across internal systems, ensuring full compliance with policies and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with teams such as underwriting, compliance and policy administration to progress applications and resolve issues
  • Manage and prioritise workflows effectively to meet service level agreements and deadlines
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, efficiency and customer experience

Skills and experience

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documentation
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook, with CRM experience advantageous
  • Working knowledge of Life & Pensions products and regulations is required, previous experience in financial services at minimum
