SDIO Administrator
We’re looking for a Pensions Administrator to join our SDIO team on a 6-month contract. In this role, you’ll take ownership of a pension portfolio and work closely with our admin partners and financial brokers. Your work will help customers plan for their future with confidence, while ensuring we meet our regulatory obligations. You’ll be part of a collaborative, supportive team that values doing the right thing and delivering great outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Manage your pension portfolio with care, accuracy, and a focus on great customer outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with brokers, partners, and internal teams.
- Take ownership of tasks and focus on finding practical solutions.
- Monitor and record risk events to ensure compliance and transparency.
- Make sure we meet our obligations under the Pensions Act and Consumer Protection Code.
Skills & experience
- Strong knowledge of pensions and the regulatory environment.
- A pension qualification is a plus, but not essential.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A passion for customer service and getting things done.
- Great time management and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
