SDIO Pension Administrator
We've got a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious driven individual to join us in our SDIO (Self Directed Investment Option) team within the Pensions Department on a permanent or 12 month contract basis!
The successful candidate will report to the SDIO team leader and will interact internally with Account Managers, Broker Contact team, Sales Support and the Premiums team. Externally you should expect daily interaction with Cantor Fitzgerald who is the appointed fund administrator and stockbroker for SDIO.
Where SDIO is part of the fund choice, we are responsible for processing new business application forms, switches and Single Premiums on existing policies, retirement Claims and Transfers, ARF encashments
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prioritise and manage your own work queue to meet bond deadlines
- Review and input New Business applications efficiently ensuring all requirements are requested
- Key fund switch and Single Premium transactions on existing policies
- Process Retirement Claims and ARF encashments
- Liaise with Cantor Fitzgerald to complete any necessary liquidity checks and ensure all necessary paperwork is sent
Skills & Experience:
- Previous Financial Services/ Insurance or administration experience is advantageous
- Ability to work in a busy environment adhering to deadlines with good planning and time management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to take on the training of new processes quickly
- Has ability to work on own initiative and solve problems
- Ability to quickly build positive relationships

The expected pay range for this role will fall between €28,000 and €35,000 and salary offered will commensurate with candidate's level of skills and experience.
