This is a great role for someone who enjoys leading complex opportunities from initial engagement through to successful delivery and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You'll be confident bringing people together, influencing stakeholders and shaping solutions that balance customer needs, commercial goals and business strategy. This role would suit someone with strong bid, sales, business development or project leadership experience who enjoys solving problems and driving results. If you're naturally curious, organised and motivated by winning new business opportunities, we'd love to hear from you.
A bit about the job:

Using your commercial judgement and organisational skills, you'll develop win strategies, coordinate bid activity and help ensure opportunities are positioned for success. You'll also lead governance activity throughout the bid lifecycle, providing clear recommendations, managing risks and supporting informed decision-making. This is a varied and highly visible role that offers the opportunity to influence significant business opportunities while working with senior stakeholders across the organisation.
