A bit about the job:As a Senior Business Analyst within Group Enterprise Technology (GET), you’ll play a key role in supporting one of our network transformation programmes. The role exists to help deliver strategic IT and business change by ensuring business goals are clearly understood and translated into high‑quality requirements. You’ll work closely with business and technical stakeholders, contributing from pre‑inception through to delivery. You’ll be accountable for shaping initiatives, assessing impacts, and ensuring customer needs remain at the heart of decision‑making.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:- Proven experience in a Business Analysis role, delivering change in complex environments
- Strong process mapping and process improvement experience
- Ability to analyse data and develop meaningful metrics to support decision‑making
- Experience of Value Stream Mapping or other Lean process‑improvement methods
- Networking experience would be an advantage

- Starting salary c. £60,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
