Senior Business Development Associate

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Associate to join the Advised Platform Sales Team within Aviva.

A bit about the job:

The Senior is the “voice of Aviva” for Advised Platform Sales and will lead and work closely with an aligned team of PACs, Distribution Support, Investment Specialists and support the BDMt community to maximise new business opportunities and retain platform assets from Financial Advisers.  The SBDMt will focus on all Advisers within their panel, paying particular attention to Business Planning through their Quarterly Territory Reviews, local and wider initiatives whilst working with the Regional Manager (RM) to support the coaching and development of their fellow BDMts. 

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal with highly developed presentation skills.

• Strong relationship and Business Development skills

• Strong planning & organisational abilities

• Analytical skills – ability to bring judgment to facts and figures.

• Commercial Acumen/Financial Literacy

Qualifications :Recognised QCF Level 4 in financial planning – essential

Whilst we expect the offered salary to fall within the applicable pay range, any specific offer will be reflective of experience and the market rate for the role.
