Salary: Circa £75,000

This role is ideal for someone with complex claims handling experience within the London Market, who thrives as a dynamic team player with a hands-on, can-do approach. We’re looking for an individual who is highly motivated, ambitious, and a strategic thinker, eager to contribute to a smaller but growing business

A bit about the job:

This role sits within our International and Syndicate Casualty Claims team and reports to the Head of International and Syndicate Casualty Claims. You’ll play a key role in executing our claims strategy and philosophy, handling complex casualty claims across multiple jurisdictions, and supporting delegated claims administrators. You’ll also provide technical reviews, maintain reserving integrity, and contribute to strategic initiatives that shape the future of our claims function.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Proven complex international casualty claims handling experience within the London Market

• Strong knowledge of London Market claims processes, standards, and principles

• Experience working with delegated claims administrators and reviewing bordereaux

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and financial acumen

• Salary Circa £75,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
