Senior Claims Adjuster - International Property

This is a great job for someone who enjoys managing complex Property Claims and wants to further develop their expertise in International Property. You may already be handling high-value commercial claims and be looking for an opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio while influencing technical best practice across a specialist team.

A bit about the job:

Our International Property Claims team handles some of Aviva's most complex and high-value claims. The role plays a key part in delivering fair customer outcomes while protecting Aviva's interests across a global portfolio. Working closely with brokers, customers and external partners, you'll manage claims from notification through to settlement. You'll also provide technical expertise across the wider team and help shape best practice. It's an opportunity to make a real impact while further developing specialist claims knowledge.

Skills and experience we're looking for:

• Significant experience handling complex Property Claims, including high-value and technically challenging cases.
• Strong technical claims knowledge with the ability to make sound, balanced decisions.
• Experience building effective relationships with brokers, customers, suppliers and other key stakeholders.
• Ability to influence and challenge third parties to achieve fair and timely claim outcomes.
• Strong understanding of claims governance, regulation and customer outcomes.
