This is a great job for someone who:
Enjoys shaping how claims are handled, influencing best practice, and supporting colleagues to deliver great outcomes. It suits someone who’s confident working with technical detail, collaborating across teams and guiding others through complex claims. If you like improving processes, spotting opportunities and helping teams grow their capability, this role will feel like a natural fit.
A bit about the job:
In this role you would be a key member of the Financial Lines claims team. Insight plays a big part, helping us understand trends, refine our approach and improve the customer experience. You’ll work closely with teams across Aviva, as well as suppliers and reinsurers, to reduce risk and maintain strong claims performance. At its core, this role helps protect our customers’ interests and supports the continued development of the Claims function.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Strong technical claims knowledge, with the ability to interpret regulation and turn it into practical guidance.
Experience influencing stakeholders across internal teams and external partners, without needing direct line management.
