Senior Digital Product Owner – Salary: National – circa £75,000 / London – circa £85,000

A bit about the job:

You’ll be joining our General Insurance Digital team, where you’ll lead the development and optimisation of digital journeys for customers buying and managing motor, home, and travel insurance. Whether working directly with consumers or through our partnerships, you’ll be responsible for driving performance, strategy, and continuous improvement across our digital channels. You’ll lead a team of digital product owners, manage a budget, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver meaningful customer outcomes.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in digital product leadership across web and app platforms, with a track record of building high-performing teams and improving delivery outcomes.
  • Experience in digital trading and performance management within Financial Services is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret MI and customer data to shape digital strategy and prioritise improvements.
  • Skilled in Agile methodologies and user-centred design, with a deep understanding of digital delivery models.
  • Confident in stakeholder engagement and influencing at senior levels, including Director and MD.

  • Starting salary circa £75,000 (National) / circa £85,000 (London) (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
