Salary: National circa £75,000k/London circa £85,000k (DOE)
This is a great role for someone who is an expert in internal communications and passionate about delivering thoughtful, strategic messaging during times of change.
As Senior Internal Communications Manager – Reward, you’ll play a critical role in managing and delivering internal communication strategies to support the integration of Direct Line Group. You’ll ensure we communicate to colleagues brilliantly—with care and thoughtfulness—to bring all teams along on this exciting journey.
A bit about the job:
This role sits within the People workstream of the Direct Line Integration programme. You’ll be part of a dedicated Internal Communications Integration team, working alongside Senior IC Managers, People teams, and UKGI colleagues. Your focus will be on keeping internal stakeholders informed and engaged, particularly around TUPE, Reward, Performance, and Benefits transitions. You’ll lead the IC strategy, advise senior leaders, and deliver compelling content across multiple channels to support key milestones and change communications.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Significant experience in internal communications, ideally with transformation/integration programme experience related to TUPE.
Comfortable advising senior leadership and navigating sensitive change scenarios.
Highly organised, delivery-focused and adaptable.
Exceptional writing skills and attention to detail.
Energetic, positive, and a collaborative team player.

Salary: National circa £75,000k-£55,000/London circa £85,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
