Senior Propositions Lead – Salary circa £ 60.000- £ 70.000 (depending on experience) 

6 - 12 month Secondment 

This is a great job for someone who enjoys developing and shaping new and existing customer propositions that meet a range of customer needs and support our growth ambitions. You’ll enjoy working with a wide range of teams, balancing priorities, and making clear recommendations and decisions. You’ll care deeply about doing the right thing for customers and how

we develop our environmental conscious brand and supporting propositions. 

A bit about the job 

This role will be a key part of the Aviva Zero product team, with responsibility for shaping and developing our future product development roadmap to support our long-term growth ambitions - developing our products, customer experience and journeys. All with the aim of delivering brilliant customer and commercial outcomes. 

Skills and experience we’re looking for 

• Knowledge of UK general insurance market, with deep understanding of industry landscape and competitor propositions, with an eye for factors that could influence customer needs and buying behaviour 

• Strategic thinker, with ability to identify and develop new initiatives that create competitive advantage and long‑term growth. Demonstrate understanding of the drivers of performance and a passion for delivering excellent customer outcomes. 

• Strong commercial acumen and analytic mindset, proficient at analysing market data, commercial performance and customer insight to develop compelling customer propositions 

• Strong team player who can translate ideas and concepts into deliverable plans within a complex regulatory framework. 

• Experience of delivering business change (new products, features and journey enhancements) as a propositional owner, within a fast-paced agile environment. Whilst we expect the offered reward to fall within the applicable pay range, any specific offer will be reflective of experience and the market rate for the role.

• Starting salary circa £ 60.000- £ 70.000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
