A bit about the job:

This is a high-quality opportunity to play a leading role in BPA structuring and reinsurance transactions. You’ll be responsible for managing the execution of funded reinsurance and longevity swap novation’s, working with internal teams including BPA Deals, CIO, Risk, Finance, Tax, and Reinsurance Operations. You’ll also help oversee reinsurance frameworks and support counterparty approvals. The role reports to the Head of Structuring & Reinsurance and offers excellent scope for career development.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Strong knowledge of the BPA market, annuity reinsurance, and defined benefit pensions

• Proven experience in transaction execution, legal documentation, and stakeholder governance

• Excellent mathematical/actuarial and Excel skills

• Qualified actuary and/or CFA preferred (but not essential)

• Constructive challenger with a positive attitude and strong influencing skills
