This includes assessing European and cross-border credit risks, reviewing financial and legal structures, and applying strong judgement to high-value cases. You’ll build strong relationships with brokers, clients and internal stakeholders, structuring solutions that meet client needs while managing risk. You’ll also support colleagues as a technical referral point and contribute to the ongoing performance and development of the Surety portfolio.

- Strong understanding of financial analysis and credit risk assessment
- Confident decision-making within delegated authority, with good judgement
