Location: Bristol with 50% office attendance

A bit about the job:

In this role, you’ll support the delivery of high-quality technology and change initiatives by contributing to testing activities and ensuring the integrity of MI data across business and third-party partners. You’ll work closely with project teams to analyse, review and validate data, while also helping to identify and manage risks across in-scope areas. As part of a collaborative team, you’ll contribute to the evaluation of new technologies and support the implementation of development processes that enable innovation. You’ll play a key role in ensuring changes are delivered accurately, defects are resolved efficiently, and data insights are reliable and actionable.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Experience working in financial services or another regulated environment, with an understanding of risk-based testing and preferred knowledge of Life and Pensions
• Strong communication skills, with the confidence to challenge, collaborate and take ownership of delivery
• Proven experience in testing within large or complex programmes, including managing defects and test artefacts using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Ability to analyse and validate MI/data, and facilitate alignment between business and third-party teams across multiple delivery approaches
• Familiarity with testing tools such as Jira, supported by mainframe knowledge and strong technical and analytical capabilities
