A bit about the job
You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of the grant, release and maturity events across all our share plans. Working closely with our Share Schemes team, third‑party administrator, and legal and tax advisors, you’ll support the full lifecycle of UK and global plans. From responding to ad hoc queries to enhancing employee awareness and financial education - you’ll help us continually improve how we engage colleagues with our share schemes.
Supporting the operation and lifecycle events of all UK, Ireland and global share plans, including SAYE, SIP, Matching Share Plans, Free Share Awards, Executive Share Schemes, fund‑based and cash‑based plans.
Working collaboratively with the Share Schemes team, external advisors and administrators to ensure accurate and timely execution of all processes.
Managing and resolving ad hoc employee queries, identifying themes and creating learning materials where helpful.
Challenging and improving existing processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy and colleague experience.
Creating and managing communications and maintaining content on the team website to increase awareness of share plan benefits.
Skills and experience we’re looking for
- Previous experience administering share schemes within a listed company is essential.
- Good understanding of legislation and regulations that govern share plans.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Naturally curious, proactive and comfortable managing multiple projects to tight deadlines and a strong commitment to doing the right thing for our employees.
- Tapestry ICSA CERT ESP (preferred but not essential).

- Starting salary circa £55,000 (depending on skills, experience, and qualifications)
- Bonus opportunity - 8% (C grade) of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
