Salary: circa £28,000

A bit about the job:
You’ll lead a team focused on supply chain performance, ensuring we deliver great service to our customers. You’ll oversee the implementation of supply chain frameworks and processes, making sure we meet internal policies and regulatory standards. Your role will be key in driving improvements, resolving issues, and supporting innovation across the team. You’ll also collaborate with other teams to enhance the customer experience and contribute to wider business goals.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Experience leading teams in a supply chain or operational environment.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct root cause analysis.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive approach to continuous improvement and innovation.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
