Team Leader Operations
We’re looking for a Team Leader to join our Sales & Distribution Operations team, where you’ll play a central role in supporting our operational and risk framework. You’ll help deliver a high standard of service to brokers and internal colleagues by managing day‑to‑day activity and strengthening our operational processes. You’ll lead a team, support strong risk management and help drive a positive, solutions‑focused culture. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing structure, clarity and pace to a busy environment. Duties & Responsibilities- Lead the team to deliver high‑quality, compliant processes, ensuring strong operational performance and customer‑focused outcomes.
- Use MI, data and insights to understand performance trends and identify opportunities to enhance service and operational efficiency.
- Ensure team members have the skills, training and support they need to deliver effectively, while promoting a strong risk and control culture.
- Build positive relationships with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Agency and Sales Support teams, enabling seamless issue resolution.
Skills & Experience:
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and documentation.
- Confident communicator with strong relationship‑building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
- Previous people management experience in an insurance or financial services environment.
- APA/ QFA qualification highly advantageous.
