Technical Delivery Lead

A bit about the job:

We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced IT Delivery Lead to join our growing technology team. You’ll be at the forefront of delivering digital solutions in collaboration with a persistent cross-functional team and strategic SaaS vendors. This role exists to ensure seamless delivery of technology initiatives that enhance user experience, support our long-term digital strategy, and deliver measurable business value. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business and play a key role in shaping how we deliver technology at Aviva.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience as an IT Delivery Lead, Project Manager, or similar role in a SaaS or digital environment
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
  • Experience working with persistent teams and third-party SaaS vendors
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Desirable: Experience with enterprise SaaS implementations (e.g. Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow) Familiarity with DevOps practices and cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure)

  • Starting salary circa £60,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
