A bit about the job
As a Technical Systems Analyst, you'll support the delivery, operation and continuous improvement of the technical systems that underpin safe, secure and resilient building operations across Aviva's property portfolio. - Strong understanding of system implementation, testing, change control, operational support and technology lifecycle management.
- Experience managing third-party suppliers and monitoring performance against SLAs, KPIs and service requirements.
- Ability to analyse technical data and produce clear reporting on system performance, compliance, risk and operational resilience.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
