Salary - £27,700 - £30,000
Are you a self-starter who can work autonomously, with a strong eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once? We’re looking for someone who ideally has experience with PMI and strong Excel skills to join our team.
A bit about the job:
You will assess and prepare Large Corporate private medical insurance new business quotations and policy renewals, ensuring they are ready for pricing. You’ll work closely with both the distribution and underwriting teams, taking ownership of internal onboarding controls to help mitigate financial risk.
We expect the successful candidate to progress through the Technician Academy and achieve full accreditation.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Customer request analysis: Assess, interpret, and prepare financial data for schemes ranging from £100k to £10m+ to enable accurate commercial underwriting decisions.
Risk and fraud controls: Conduct risk and fraud checks such as company eligibility, legal entity validation, and associated connections—aligned to underwriting philosophy, business risk controls, and governance requirements.
Control ownership: Ensure customers receive the correct benefits aligned to pricing, including benefit selection, application of policy wording and production of customer documentation.
Workload management: Prioritise and allocate work using multiple criteria to meet customer deadlines effectively.
Customer outcomes: Support the delivery of good customer outcomes through all activities, ensuring we consistently act in good faith.

Salary - £27,700 - £30,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
Bonus opportunity - 8% of annual salary Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
