Group Functions Service Management Lead 

Salary: Circa £80,000 Locations: Bristol, Norwich and York.

A bit about the job: 

As Service Management Lead for Group Functions, you’ll make sure our services run smoothly and reliably.  

You’ll lead a growing team, working closely with senior stakeholders across the business to manage service performance, drive improvements, and embed a culture of operational excellence.  

You’ll also help shape how we adopt Site Reliability Engineering principles—using automation and data to boost efficiency and resilience. 

Skills and experience we’re looking for: 

• Experience delivering Service Management and Site Reliability Engineering practices 

• Strong organisation and planning skills 

• Self-motivated, with the ability to prioritise and adapt to changing demands 

• Skilled communicator—flexible in style and able to respond to different situations 

• Confident challenging and influencing stakeholders at all levels
