A bit about the job 

We’re looking for someone to lead our Lloyd’s underwriting management function—making sure our controls, governance, and customer oversight are robust and effective. You’ll work closely with senior leaders across underwriting and report into the Head of Underwriting Quality. This role plays a key part in ensuring our underwriting decisions are fair, compliant, and customer-focused. 

Skills and experience we’re looking for 

• Extensive experience in underwriting operations or governance 

• Strong understanding of Lloyd’s trading environment 

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills 

• Analytical mindset and attention to detail 

• Comfortable working independently and managing one direct report
