Salary: National £30,000 - £35,000 DOE & London £40,000-£50,000 DOE

A bit about the job:
You’ll be at the heart of implementing organisation design changes and position outcomes in Workday, supporting the Direct Line Integration, ensuring our data is robust and ready for the future. You’ll ensure structural changes align with Position Management best practices and support TUPE preparations by building the necessary positions/structures. Your work will directly impact the colleague experience, reporting accuracy and downstream processes like Financial Planning. You’ll work closely with People Change Consultants to finalise data sets and support cross-entity reporting lines.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Strong attention to detail, able to apply process, analyse data and identify data quality issues.
Able to work within the framework, propose solutions to non-routine scenarios, considering the downstream implications
Proven ability to manage and analyse large datasets with strong stakeholder engagement and effective communication to support change activity
Experience with Workday business processes and knowledge of Position Management principles
Generalist HR background with understanding of organisation design and change implementation

Salary: National £30,000 - £35,000/London £40,000-£50,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
