Starting Salary: c. £85,000 Dependent on skills and experience
Location: Bristol, York, Sheffield or Norwich with 50% office attendance

A bit about the job:
The Workforce Transformation team plays an important role in helping Aviva translate strategy into practical organisation and workforce outcomes. In this role, you will lead integrated operating model, organisation design and strategic workforce planning engagements that support key business priorities. You will work closely with executive and senior leaders to diagnose challenges, develop future-state designs and provide evidence-based recommendations that support strategic decision-making. A key focus will be helping the business prepare for a GenAI-enabled future by redesigning work, identifying future skills requirements and determining the right balance between people and technology. This is a highly visible role where your work will directly influence organisational effectiveness, future capability and long-term business performance.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Significant experience in operating model design, organisation design and workforce planning within large and complex organisations.
Strong strategic thinking, analytical and modelling skills, with the ability to translate complex analysis into actionable recommendations.
Strong commercial awareness and the ability to articulate the financial implications of business decisions.
Excellent communication, facilitation and storytelling skills, including experience preparing executive-level presentations and decision papers.
Experience partnering with senior leaders to develop, challenge and refine strategic workforce, organisation and operating model decisions.

- Starting salary c. £85,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
