Agency Team Administrator
We’ve an exciting opportunity for an Agency Team Administrator to join Aviva Life Ireland. This role plays an important part in supporting the administration of our agency network and ensuring a seamless experience for our brokers.
You’ll support the payment of commission and the administration of Aviva Life’s full suite of agencies while helping ensure we meet our regulatory responsibilities. You’ll work closely with teams across the business to maintain accurate processes, resolve queries and support continuous improvement.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the processing of agency queries, ensuring service commitments are met in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage shared mailboxes and workflows, helping the Agency Team operate efficiently and effectively.
- Work with internal teams and external partners to resolve queries and support day-to-day operations.
- Support compliance requirements, including recording errors and risk events accurately and maintaining strong control environments.
- Contribute to delivering a positive and consistent customer and broker experience.
Skills & Experiences
- Experience working in a process-driven or controlled environment, with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Ability to manage high volumes of work while remaining organised and detail focused.
- Customer-focused with a positive, solutions-oriented approach.
- Comfortable using systems and adapting to new processes or change.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
